Harmony.
Rock music has been one of the genres of music that is least related to this word. Harmony, a pleasant blending of musical instruments to form a musical piece, has been often related to classical music. Beethoven and Mozart are one of the few names that would come to mind when you speak of harmony. Seldom do you hear people say that Ozzy Osbourne is the pioneer of harmonious music. In fact, harmony is so hard to come by in the age of Pop, Punk, and Hip-hop music. It seems that harmony has taken a backseat as a part of music composition. These days, a strum of the guitar and the blending of the Jonas Brothers’ voices are already considered as “harmony” by others.
