I know that this website has undergone too many changes in a few months but this time this is a total overhaul. Due to my carelessness in attempting to fix a certain problem for Internet Explorer users, I made some drastic mistakes in editing my scripts.  Now, I can’t remember what I did so, everything went crazy from there on forward. The site is still accessible as of now but I’m using a default theme as of the moment. Maybe this is a sign that I need to terribly improve my design and make it more accessible and beautiful.

Anyway, sorry for the inconvinience. :(

Like I said, I’ll be working on the robot this week and here’s some progress on the head. Just click the images for a larger view. You can compare these 3D renders to the sketches I made a few weeks ago here.

I seldom get to go out of town lately since juggling between building up my portfolio, preparing lessons, checking school projects and organizing a school event along with facilitating a school organization behind it is taking up almost 100% of my time. So, when I was invited by our Dean to join the school trip out of town for some sort of retreat, I didn’t hesitate to say yes. Most of all, my co-teacher did tell me the food was great there. So, I had no reason not to go there.

At first look, the place seemed eerie and scary. Well, if it wasn’t for those ghost stories I heard about maybe I’d think differently. Besides, I arrived there at night so I wasn’t able to appreciate the place at first. Then came the next morning.

The place looked beautiful and very inspiring. Nature reigned the place and I never thought twice about taking pictures. So, here they are and enjoy. :)

Here’s a video presentation of the Audi R8 that I’m going to use for my Transformer. It’s colored red now, but the color is still subject to change but I’m really liking the red color right now. I haven’t modeled for the interiors or the engine parts since all of those objects will come along with the robot model that I will make for this Transformer. With the car body done, it’s time to chop it up and assemble in on the robot model that I will assemble this week.

So, enjoy the video and check out the rest of my progress for this Transformer project.

3230753295_fba2a243bfG.I. Joe is the true definition of what we call dumb fun. The movie consists of so many cliches that you could play “Name that Movie” during most scenes in the film. Not that I’m saying the movie is very bad or stupid, it’s just well, okay. It is bad but it isn’t as bad as you would imagine.

The movie starts with a flashback of around a generation ago wherein an arms dealer during the medieval era was sentenced to shame for selling weapons on both sides. After that, we get a glimpse of one of the arms dealer’s descendants named McCullen. Sounds like a fast food for firearms if you ask me. Anyway, we now meet Duke and his friend “Ripcord” transporting some high-tech nano-weapon of mass destruction and well the rest of film follows with huge explosions and weird-sounding shockwave based weapons.
